Sign in/Create an Account
Existing Clients- Login using your User ID and Password. If you are unsure of your Login information, select "Retrieve Password” and your Password will be sent to your email.
New Clients- Create an Account by Filling out the Form under the New Client section in Cart Home.
To Order for Single Site Address
1. In Site Information Home, select "Map Single Site Address”.
2. Map your Site & Confirm the Location.
3. select the Product(s) that you need for your site.
4. Go to Checkout, Confirm the Order, select Payment Method.
To Order for Multiple Site Addresses
1. In Site Information Home, select to either Enter Site Information Manually or Upload a Spreadsheet.
2. Enter your Site Information or Upload Spreadsheet and Address Count.
3. Select the Product(s) that you need. Note: The same product must be ordered for all addresses.
4. Go to Checkout, Confirm the Order, Select Payment Method.
How to Earn EnviroBucks
1. Map your Site.
2. Select the product with the promotional offer and Proceed to Checkout. *To find out more about our monthly promotional offers, call us at (800) 377-2430 or email info@reccheck.com to join our email list.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Customer/Billing Page to enter Coupon Code.
4. On the Order Details Page, you will receive a coupon confirmation message.
5. After you order is complete, check "EnviroBucks Available" at the top for the amount of EnviroBucks you can redeem on your next order.
How to Redeem EnviroBucks
1. You can check how many EnviroBucks you have to use at the top of your screen next to "EnviroBucks Available".
2. Map your Site.
3. Select your Product and Proceed to Checkout.
4. At the bottom of the Order Details page, enter the EnviroBucks amount you would like to use.
5. The amount will show as discounted on the following page.
To Order Different Products for Different Sites in One Transaction
1. In Site Information Home, Under Single Site Address, Select "Click Here”.
2. Map your first site & confirm the location.
3. Select the Product(s) that you need for your first site.
4. Verify all of the first site’s products are in the shopping cart.
5. To order for a Different Site, Select Site the "Change/New Single Site Details”.
6. Map your second site & confirm the location.
7. Select the Product(s) that you need for your second site.
8. Go to Checkout, Confirm the Order, Select Payment Method.
To Order Same Product Previously Ordered
1. In Site Information Home, Under Single Site Address, Select "Click Here”.
2. Map your Site & confirm the location.
3. Select the "Repeat Previous Order” button at the top, above Product Categories.
To Review Previous Orders
1. Select My Account at the very top (in the black background).
2. Select "Review Previous Orders”.
3. Select your desired Order # to see what you ordered.
