A computer-generated federal, state, and
regional one-mile regulatory database search to determine whether the subject
site is listed on an agency environmental database and to identify
regulatory-listed sites of concern within a one-mile radius of the subject
site. In general, these documents list known or suspected hazardous-waste
generators, release sites, landfills, unauthorized disposal sites, sites with
registered underground storage tanks, and sites currently under investigation
for known or suspected environmental violations or releases. The list of

Aerial Photographs
Aerial photographs give you a "bird's-eye"
view of areas to see what the site and surrounding areas looked like at a
certain time in the past. We currently have the nation's largest digital
collection of over 20,000 aerial photographs for the state of California,
covering most of the metropolitan areas from as early as the 1930's to as
recent as the 1980's. We also have access to several governmental sources,
allowing us to search hundreds of thousands of photographs covering the ENTIRE
country from the 1930's through the 1990's. You are almost assured of getting
an older photo (1930-1959) and a newer photo (1990's) for every site! We have
never found a site with no aerial coverage! The photographs can be delivered on
CD-ROM, via e-mail, or 8"x10" Photo Quality Reproduction.
