Environmental Record Search has streamlined its Ordering System!
Your experience with Environmental Record Search is very important to us. We listen to feedback and see ways to improve our products and order process. Our streamlined ordering system will now incorporate some benefits that will make ordering easier and more efficient for you.
Some of the benefits include:
- Placing Multiple Orders in a Single Transaction – Many of our clients order several products a day. We want to make it easy for you to order products for several different sites in a single transaction rather than spending a lot of time having to order them all individually. If you need to order the same product for multiple different sites, there is no need to map each site because we will map them for you! We now provide you with 2 options for ordering the same product for Multiple Sites: Manually Entering the Site Information or Uploading a Spreadsheet.
- Manually Entering the Site Information – you will need to enter any site information you have for each site and then select the products that you want for all the sites.
- Uploading a Spreadsheet – For your convenience, we have listed our products into four categories in order to help you better locate the products/service you need. Our categories consist of Individual Products, Packages, Financial/SBA/Real Estate Products & Services, and Residential Product
- Ability to Order your Usual Product/Service – We have clients that will almost always order the same product from us (e.g. RecCheck Report or Standard Package). Our Order System will now have the option for you to select a “Repeat your Previous Order” button that will replicate the products you selected on a previous order. This is a hassle-free way to get your ordering done fast!
- Products Presented in Categories – For your convenience, we have listed our products into four categories in order to help you better locate the products/service you need. Our categories consist of Individual Products, Packages, Financial/SBA/Real Estate Products & Services, and Residential Products.
- Easy Access to Product Samples – All Products show a clear description and a hyperlink underneath the description that directs you to a Sample of each Product. What a great way to see what you will receive! This will help you better determine if you are ordering the correct product/service for your site(s).
- Chat with Us for Assistance – We have now made the Chat feature available when you are placing an order. Any questions that you may have regarding a product, your account, previous orders, preferences, etc. just ask us! We want to help you. A Customer Service Specialist is available Monday through Friday 9am-6pm PST. - Log in (Existing Clients) or Create a New Account (New Clients)
- Map your Site (if applicable)
- Select your Product(s) & Preferences
